They are looking to employ a Farm Manager at their high-performing Parkwood Farm, located 30 mins from Canberra, ACT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and motivating a highperforming team
  • Managing and operating farm resources and machinery
  • Monitoring animal welfare and ensuring high production quality
  • Actively promoting a safe and productive company culture
  • Roster system coordination with the farm 2IC to monitor alarms

About you

The successful Farm Manager will have:

  • Supervisory experience within the agricultural industry
  • Proven leadership skills, be selfmanaging and proactive.
  • Robust understanding of OH&S requirements
  • Proficient with Excel and computer literacy Previous poultry experience highly regarded

Our offer

  • Base salary $75$85k + super depending on farm size and experience.
