A prominent beachfront hotel with stylish modern apartments is in search of an experienced Duty Manager to work across the hotel and food & beverage outlets.

The role calls for a leader with a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to exemplary customer service to ensure operations run flawlessly

With an on-site modern al fresco restaurant offering the finest cuisine and a relaxed bar where guests can unwind, it truly is a destination that encapsulates the essence of island relaxation and luxury.


The Role:


The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the hotel and food & beverage department, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of service.

An integral aspect of this role is managing the gaming operations, ensuring compliance, and offering an optimal guest experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Duty Manager.
  • Must possess experience in gaming operations within a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and tools.
  • Good organisational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Must hold current RSA and RSG certificates.
