As our new Manager, Engagement and Change Advisory, you'll work with a team of highly skilled specialists.

You'll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future.

You'll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Here are the key things you'll do:

  • Work in a dedicated team across a variety of projects and various sectors. Collectively, our team has worked across government, health, mining, energy and infrastructure with a focus on complex and strategic infrastructure projects.
  • Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services to public and private clients where transformation, social outcomes and community impact is front of mind.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of staff to upskill and increase their professional development and technical expertise
  • Support a pipeline of future opportunities and oversight of proposals
  • Help to grow our capability as part of our broader Advisory offering

We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, or equivalent roles, you'll also have:

  • Experience in scoping, designing, and delivering change and communication activities for major projects (across the different phases of a project lifecycle)
  • Experience working with best practice methodology for change management, social impact and/or community engagement
  • Excellent writing and engagement skills
  • Ability to foster and evolve relationships
  • Relevant tertiary education
