The Role


We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated individual to join our team in Gepps Cross on a full-time basis.


The hours for this role will be from 2PM to 10PM, Monday to Friday.
The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, members, and staff.
  • Performing reception duties with a focus on professionalism and pride in presentation.
  • Assisting in stock take and handle various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Driving membership and retail sales through effective crossselling and proactive engagement.
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of membership requirements.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the gym.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues requiring attention.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A passion for the health and fitness industry.
To be eligible for this position you must have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong PC literacy and administration skills
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)

Pay:
From $23.23 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gepps Cross, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
