At FLOWCORE, we are a team; you should feel comfortable to be 100% yourself, ask for help when needed, bring ideas to the table and be a team player.

We want each class you teach to have your own individual flare whilst sticking with the FLOWCORE style.


We will be hosting a training for both modalities so you understand the structure and sequencing of the particular style.

High-intensity, low-impact:Every class should be challenging but attainable for every member, meaning options to modify or advance.

Motivating music: Music is a key part of the FLOWCORE experience; we play music to help people get into a state of flow, keep the group motivated and make it fun.

Breath to movement connection: Using your breath to move allows you to intensify each position, keeps your body in control by staying calm and hone into the mind-body connection.

Clear instructions with visual demonstrations when needed: Easy to follow instructions focused on mind-muscle connections (telling clients what muscles they are working).

Inclusivity: Be welcoming to all, give the first timers a little extra love. We want to create a sense of community and belonging for everyone in the class.

YOGA SCULPT INSTRUCTORS:

Yoga with weights, cardio & strength training.

Yoga Sculpt is a combination of power yoga, pilates & strength training designed to create a full-body workout.

Yoga Sculpt retains the fundamentals of yoga (intention, breath-to-movement and mind-body connection) and is run in a heated room at 28°C to keep muscles warm and heart rates high.


Requirements:
RYT 200 min, preferably with a group fitness or mat pilates cert as well

XFORMER INSTRUCTORS:

Strength training reformers. We use the SRT (Slow Resistance Training) method, which is low-impact, high-intensity.


XFormer classes are a comprehensive full body workout that will make client's muscles shake as they sculpt, core strengthen to provide stability and heart rate will stay elevated as they move slowly.

Think traditional pilates techniques with strength training for an ultra-efficient workout. We burnout each muscle group at a slow and controlled pace.

Reformer Pilates / Lagree / SRT certified or group fitness cert
