As our new Sales Account Manager, you will manage your portfolio of Tier 1 and 2 clients passionately and forge strong relationships with our clients through your deep care approach to providing solutions to their requests and queries.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support Clients with Quotes, Proposals, and Sales Assistance
  • Prioritise key tasks and deadlines whilst keeping internal stakeholders updated.
  • Build an open, honest and trusting relationship with our clients and internal business units.
  • Manage your internal Account Manager's expectations by ensuring they are always kept in the loop in terms of work in progress, recognising issues early, and preempting them.
  • Ensure client requirements are always met within expectation
  • Professionally assist with inbound calls and qualifying leads
  • Accurate and timely data entry into various systems used by the organisation e.g. Sales Pipeline, Customer Relationship Management System etc.
  • Maintain reporting to Senior Leaders
  • Manage Travel expectation
  • Attend Networking Events
  • Maintain Tier 1 Client relationships
  • Develop new business
  • Maintain an understanding of educational funding and frameworks
  • Develop and submit tenders
  • Work with Industry on Training and People needs
  • Mentor & Advise Junior sales on S&M opportunities

Skills and experience required:
