  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off projects
  • Work on SuccessFactors integrations with 3rd party systems
  • Provide support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
  • Train and educate users on SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Keep up with the latest trends and developments in SuccessFactors Employee Central

To be successful, much of the following must be highlighted in your CV

  • 3+ years of experience in configuring and implementing
    SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off projects, with at least
    2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central
    implementations:
  • Experience in at least one
    EC implementation project and
    integration of SF with 3rd party systems.
  • Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
  • Familiarity with
    SuccessFactors Integration Center (both inbound and outbound integrations).
  • Deep knowledge of
    SuccessFactors Platform and LMS APIs (both OData and Compound).
  • Effective
    communication
