Your Role: We're actively seeking a Trainee Specialist Consultant to join one of our esteemed divisions at Your Resourcing Group. This division stands as one of our fastest-growing sectors, offering boundless personal growth opportunities.

As a Trainee Specialist Consultant, you'll embody the passion and professionalism that drive our business forward. You'll closely partner with candidates and clients to fulfil recruitment needs in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced environment. With ongoing support and training, you'll develop expertise in:

  • Business Development, demonstrating prowess in reaching new and existing companies.
  • Identifying, interviewing, and placing a substantial number of skilled candidates.
  • Utilising social media tools effectively, building your brand awareness and maintaining credibility while surpassing sales targets.

Your Experience: While prior recruitment experience isn't mandatory, we highly value commercial acumen, maturity, and a robust sales drive. The ability to thrive under pressure and react swiftly is essential, as is the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-touch industry within a down-to-earth environment. Ideally, you'll hail from a solid sales background or possess the confidence to market yourself while fervently pursuing a career in recruitment.
