We are seeking
full-time Bush Regeneration Supervisors, particularly for our West Brisbane and Gold Coast teams.

This is a full-time role with a salary range of $72,300 to $81,250 depending on Award level and experience.

About You:

As a Bush Regeneration Supervisor, you will have:

  • A minimum of Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (Natural Area Restoration) or equivalent (e.g Bachelor's Degree) and experience.
  • Experience leading team members in the field.
  • A passion for ecological restoration and the environment.
  • Strong SEQ plant identification skills native and exotic across a range of ecosystems.
  • Experience in revegetation practices.
  • A high level of physical fitness.
  • A commitment to safe work practices and a willingness to promote Ecosure's safety culture.
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Manual Drivers Licence + 4WD.

Overall, the following skills and attributes would be highly regarded:

  • Cert IV in Conservation and Ecosystem Management.
  • Chemcert or ACDC certification.
  • First Aid/CPR.
  • Chainsaw ticket.
