• Receive, inspect, and store incoming Volkswagen and CUPRA parts and accessories.
• Accurately pick and pack parts for customer orders and service department requests.
• Organize and maintain the parts inventory, ensuring proper shelving and binning.
• Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory management.
• Process parts returns and maintain accurate records of damaged, defective, or incorrectly ordered parts.
• Collaborate with the Parts Interpreter and service technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department.
• Provide support to the Parts Interpreter and other team members as needed.

• Previous experience in a parts store or warehouse environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, specifically related to Volkswagen and/or CUPRA vehicles.
• Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and inventory management software.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy parts when required.
