About the role:


Join us as a Brand and Content Manager and embark on an exciting journey of shaping the future of Oz Lotteries.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to craft and establish a captivating brand and content strategy right from the ground up.

Your creative prowess will be the driving force behind our brand's growth in the dynamic online lottery market.


As the mastermind behind our brand's identity and voice, you'll unleash your creative genius in developing and executing remarkable brand strategies.

Your exceptional storytelling abilities will bring our brand to life through compelling content that captivates audiences across diverse marketing channels.


Collaborating closely with talented teams, you'll orchestrate extraordinary brand experiences that forge deep connections with our target audience and propel our business to new heights.


In Addition To:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for Oz Lotteries, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice,
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for brand differentiation,
  • Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels per the brand's voice and tone,
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, and communications, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote the brand and drive customer engagement,
  • Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints adhere to the brand standards,
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visual assets that align with the brand's visual identity, including logos, graphics, and multimedia content,
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance, track brand metrics, and provide regular reports to measure the success of brand initiatives and campaigns,

  • Proven experience in brand management, content creation, and marketing communications, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies,
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovatively to shape a brand from scratch,
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels,
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and other marketing tools,
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment,
  • Proven experience with brand tracking with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights,
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
