What will you do in this role?

  • Work as the Superintendent of the hospital leading, building and developing a new team of Veterinary Professionals in delivering the highest quality care
  • Work within a team of experienced Vets, Vet Nurses, and Support staff in a collaborative environment, building a positive culture and team
  • Maintaining hospital records as per regulations and policies and procedures of the clinic group
  • Mentoring, upskilling, and supporting junior staff members
  • Managing a vet roster and leave, as well as performing staff reviews

The hospital is located in the beautiful hills district, with two nearby clinics from the practice group to consult and collaborative with who can support you when needed.

YOU That is, if you are

  • A qualified, registered (or ability to register in NSW) Veterinarian with 5 years plus experience
  • A Veterinarian that can manage cases, build client bonds, and work sole charge confidently
  • A team player is vital to this position Someone confident in managing a team to provide the highest standards of care to the patients of the clinic
  • Someone with strong communication skills with both clients and staff
  • A Veterinarian confident in managing advanced cases, and overseeing patient management
  • A Veterinarian confident in performing routine and nonroutine surgery, dentistry, and advanced soft tissue surgeries
  • Someone with great time management and problemsolving skills
  • An above award salary starting at 120k depending on your experience level, plus superannuation and paid CPD allowance and leave (with regular pay reviews)
