Product Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time


A great opportunity for a Product Manager to join the Campaign & Listings team at Domain, you will be responsible for building products that help drive revenue growth and solve customer problems.

We offer a range of high performing advertising solutions to assist our partner agents in promoting their brand and available properties.


You'll work closely with cross functional teams across Product Design, Technology, Commercial, Customer Experience, Marketing and the business unit leadership team as well as a broad range of stakeholders to understand needs and create solutions that deliver value and maximise revenue whilst always having our customers best interests at heart.


Who are you?

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to help define the product vision and strategy to drive revenue for Domain
  • Inspire the team with an exciting product vision, work cross functionally to help us achieve that vision
  • Translate the product vision into an actionable roadmap and prioritise ruthlessly to deliver value within time constraints.
  • Optimise team processes to focus on delivering great outcomes for our customers, building best in class solutions, and fostering high team morale (we want to make sure we bring everyone on the journey with us)
  • Lead, Collaborate and inspire the engineers, designers, and data scientists to build and launch new product features as well as optimise existing features
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and other functions and teams to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and increase the product's ability to meet user needs effectively.

Attributes

  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a wellstructured, datainformed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Strong commercial acumen and come up with solutions which are commercially viable
