Dispatch Clerkto support our Supply Chain team in the delivery of flavour solutions to our customers in a socially ethical, responsible, and sustainable way.

YOUR ROLE
You will be key support to the Supply Chain Manager in organising all tasks relating to dispatch and production processes
Some key tasks include:
- Organise, coordinate and process customer deliveries, including invoicing and preparing relevant documentation for customers and suppliers.
- Process stock adjustments as directed by the Supply Chain Manager. Complete the works order packs daily.
- Daily close out of the works orders and recording of batch adjustments.
- Administration of raw material batch adjustments
- Record production times in systems
- Liaise with customers on missing and/or late freight issues.
- Selecting the most effective freight costs for the relevant delivery.
- Reporting on outstanding sales dispatch report.
- Undertake other relevant tasks relating to dispatch & administration tasks.
