Our client specialises in general and dangerous goods, freight, warehousing and 3rd party logistics and are a family-owned business. They are looking for experienced LO Forklift Operators to join their team for an immediate start in Orchard Hills/Erskine Park area

These roles are initially offered as a casual and can lead to a permanent opportunity for the right applicants

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating an LO Forklift Turrent Truck
  • Picking customer orders
  • Despatching and receiving of customer orders
  • Labelling of customer products
  • RF scanning and manual picking
  • Use of manual and electric pallet jacks
  • Unloading containers
  • Other warehousing duties required in the warehouse

Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience working in a warehousing or transport logistics environment
  • Confident operating LO forklifts
  • Have an LO Forklift licence
  • Must have RF scanning experience
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Physically fit and can lift up to 25kilos
  • Committed to a long-term opportunity
  • Have full Australian working rights with no working restrictions
  • Available for an immediate start
