Key Responsibilities

• Working on Night Shift 11pm to 7am
• Monday to Friday.
• Optimise production performance and processes on the line
• Operation of the equipment to ensure maximisation of availability and throughput
• Quality and testing of product/process within assigned work areas and acts appropriately to rectify issues as identified
• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Optimise production performance and processes on the line
• Actively participate in asset care & preventative maintenance activities, performing maintenance and servicing of equipment as required
• Asset management
• Proactively question and challenge process activities and actively identify opportunities and suggestions to improve existing processes
• Execute daily process activities with an Workplace Health & Safety focus taking responsibility for personal as well as team safety

About You

• Blow Moulding and/or Injection Moulding experience desirable.
• A Plastics Trade Certificate desirable
• A forklift licence is preferred
• Operational experience in a fast moving consumer group environment
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment would be beneficial
• Automation skills would be highly advantageous
• Capable of complex problem solving
• Ability to demonstrate strong judgement and decision making
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Welldeveloped computer skills
• Performs work under limited supervision
