What you will do:
- Working in the customer contact center
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve key performance indicators
- Utilise computer programs including Microsoft office suite
- Manager the hire of equipment
- Organise passes and keys for to allow authorised persons and contractors to access properties
What you require:
- Demonstrate high volume of customer service or call center
- Sound organisational skills
- Good communication both written and oral
