We have an opportunity for a Facilities Manager based in Sydney


The Facilities Manager will manage the day-to-day client property activities for a regional client portfolio, and be the key point of contact for client stakeholders.

The role will assume property-related responsibilities as required by the client and as outlined in the position description.


This is a full time position that will be responsible for effective facilities management of the client site and will report to the Operations Lead.

  • Health and Safety Management
  • Site Operations Management
  • Risk Management

About you...

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field and/or 35 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
  • Strong Technical experience working in an FM environment
  • Excellent communications skills and is adept in managing a diverse group of stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
  • Understands and has knowledge and experience of technical aspects of property (Computer Room Airconditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
  • Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
  • A good understanding of building systems and services
  • Knowledge of Property Services Coordinated Procurement arrangements
  • Financial services knowledge
  • Knowledge of WHS requirements
  • Ability to work within and understand client management systems
  • Ability to work cohesively in a small team
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Stakeholder management including contractors
  • Minimum Baseline Security clearance
  • Hold or ability to obtain and maintain a working with children and vulnerable people clearance
