Position Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Point Care including service delivery, financial performance, compliance, employee management, asset management, partnerships, business de v elopment, and carrying out the board's growth plan.


Reporting to:
The Point Care Board.

Direct Reports:
Client Service Managers, Client Relationship Officers.

Works with:

***Compliance, HR, and Intake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full o versight of NDIS Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of our NDIS operations e nsuring high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Systems Development: Develop, deploy, and maintain policies, processes, and systems to ensure management control is maintained and professional services are delivered across the organisation.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborate with relevant teams to drive business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Health Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations management role within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
