The Client They are a boutique agency with a small, fun and friendly tight-knit team located in the inner suburbs of Brisbane.

An opening has become available for an experienced Head of Department to transition into a strategic thinking business and lead a successful team.


The Role Responsibilities include:

Build and assist in the growth of the Property Management division Offer strong leadership and lead by example to the Property Management team Organise and prepare 1:1 meetings with staff Oversee the roll-out of operational procedures and Software/s Liaise with landlords ensuring all matters involving their investment are running smoothly Representing landlords at the tribunal if required Manage a small portfolio of 40 properties until the rent roll has grown to goal Addressing and diffusing conflict between staff, tenants, and landlords The Ideal Candidate We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader/Head of Department who has managed staff in a Property Management environment.5 + years of experience in Real Estate Current Certificate of Registration (License is preferred)Own vehicle & valid driver's license.
