Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the Recruitment and Learning and Development team
  • Managing the Recruitment and Training Inbox
  • Delivering excellent service to our managers, applicants and new starters
  • Assisting with posting job adverts, organising interviews, reference checking and onboarding activities
  • Supporting our monthly induction program for new starters at our National Training Academy and providing follow up support to new employees
  • Adhoc administration duties as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong Administration skills and experience
  • An ability to prioritize your work in a
    fastpaced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication skills
