As a Full Time Stock Leader at Just Jeans Brisbane DFO, your main responsibility will involve overseeing the stock processes in the store under the guidance of the Store Manager. You will be in charge of managing stock administration and inventory within the store.

During quieter periods, you will play a crucial role in the store's success by driving sales through exceptional customer service, achieving personal KPIs, and assisting with the store's operational tasks.

Your focus on stock duties will vary from 50-100% of your workload depending on the store's needs at any given time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and lead stock operations in the store and offsite while upholding stock standards
  • Provide guidance and training to the Stock Team Members
  • Assist in coordinating and executing store transfers
  • Ensure clear communication on all stock-related processes with the leadership team
  • Support in setting up store promotions and visual merchandising
  • Deliver a memorable and tailored experience to every customer in line with the Peter Alexander brand
  • Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve individual and store targets
  • Reduce stock loss by adhering to company loss prevention policies
  • Promote and adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in stock control or management within a retail environment
  • Confidence in engaging with and selling to customers
  • Prioritization of integrity and ethical conduct
  • Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Ability to approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
