What you will do
- Provide client service through daily tasks in the Investment Operations Outsourcing Team
- Oversee offshore production activities across middle office records
- Supervise offshore reconciliations using advanced technology to ensure accurate portfolio holdings
- Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Manage operational logs and work with teams to resolve service issues
- Act as a liaison with client service teams for issue resolution
- Understand and adhere to client Service Level Agreements
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
- Assist in compiling and delivering KPIs
- Participate in onboarding new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with control procedures and maintain audit trails
- Identify and address potential risk items promptly
- Produce KPIs for senior management
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent client servicing capabilities and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of asset servicing industry, especially in middle office and custody records
- Experience with various asset classes like Global Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Money Market
- Understanding of unit pricing and interfund relationships
- Ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- 3-5 years of experience in investment management/asset servicing industry
