This is a rare opportunity to work in suburbia on 8.5 acres with animals (cow, sheep, alpaca, pig, goats, rabbits and chickens), go on tractor/ trailer rides with the children and have a beautifully designed play space that incorporates sustainability for the children to explore for hours.
The outdoor environments have been designed to incorporate our natural rural surroundings and encourage all children to explore their senses while engaging in the environment.
We are currently seeking 2 group leaders (1-ECT and 1- Diploma) and one Cert 3 educator.Previous experience will help the successful applicant be an active team member within the service; while leading/ participating in the curriculum documents that guide children through play.
A warm, friendly, flexible, can-do attitude will enable you to be an effective team member with professional communication skills.
Our team work in partnership with colleagues, children, families and other professionals is to share decision-making, engage in conversation and critical reflection about different theoretical and philosophical approaches to the pedagogy they adapt.

Essential Criteria
- Applicable qualifcatin in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent that is approved by ACECQA.
- Approved by ACECQA First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Child Protection statement of attainment for Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk.
- Previous experience working with children 0-6 years (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to be a productive team member and maintain teamwork.
- Previous experience and knowledge of implementing the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Working knowledge and ability to implement Work Health and Safety Standards.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working with children with additional needs.
- Previous experience and importance of ongoing professional development.
- Previous experience of engaging & building professional relationships with families and the community.
Additional Information
Wages and conditions are in accordance with the Children's Services Award ( MA or Educational Services (Teachers) Award (MA and the NES.
