Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist who can complement a friendly and diverse team in our Award winning Wedding Venue.

The position would be one to two days per week (Saturday, Sunday) with potential for additional days. The position is available for an immediate start and University students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

General reception duties (including taking calls, managing appointments, greeting, promptly answering web enquiries)

Answering the phones and directing calls to the team

Greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly way

Uploading images to various social portals.

Putting your spin on tasks using templates

Put your strong admin skills to the job

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Got a creative spark and an eye for detail.

You're the master of organising and time management.

Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent

You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Expected hours: 12 per week

Experience:

• MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
