About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in the classroom, via MS Teams online and assessing trainees in the workplace.
  • Adhering to industry standards and best practice in the retail and community pharmacy industry.
  • Fostering a sense of motivation and growth among students will be crucial by establishing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Continuously assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid in their development and achievement of learning goals.

About You

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Hold a minimum Certificate III in Community Pharmacy SIR30116 or equivalent.
  • Hold the Certificate IV Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years postqualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no later than the previous five (5) years.
  • Be prepared to continue to develop your Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
