Are you an experienced payroll professional with a passion for driving process improvements? I am currently working with a client who is looking for a highly motivated Project Payroll Implementation Officer to join our team on a 12 month contract basis with a view to become permanent.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of a new time and attendance system and streamline the payroll process.


My client is a Tier one Engineering company and one of the biggest players in the Construction industry in Australia.

They are moving onto the time and attendance system Timefiler and require an expert in system implantation for this ongoing project.


The Role:

  • Be key in the integration and implementation of a new time and attendance Payroll System
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to identify and resolve any system issues or discrepancies
  • Provide training and support to endusers to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new payroll system and identify opportunities for further optimisation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and IT teams, to ensure seamless integration of the payroll system

Requirements:

  • Strong background in endtoend payroll processing
  • Experience with payroll software implementation and process improvement
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and software
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
