Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist with prior clinical experience at this modern practice in Hunters Hill. The role is primarily reception with some ad hoc Dental Assisting when required.

Duties will include but not limited to

  • Meet and greet patients
  • Answer calls when needed
  • Process payments and manage patient accounts
  • Handle patient appointments, accounts and records
  • Ensure procedures are followed correctly
  • Managing the recall system

Successful applicants will have the following

  • Have exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Have a professional presentation
  • Be caring and "patient focused" ensuring service and personalised patient care is a priority
  • Good understanding of the dental industry
  • Computer literate ideally using Oasis
