About the role

As Field Worker, you will be part of the Open Space team and responsible for general maintenance within parks and reserves across the city.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Detailed maintenance of garden and turf areas in parks and reserves Operate and maintain machinery Work within a team to maintain parks and open spaces for the community to enjoy

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current C Class Driver Licence Experience in garden maintenance Ability to undertake a respirator FIT test to wear protective equipment (you must be clean shaven or only have facial hair that doesn't interfere with the wearing of the equipment) You may be asked to be immunised against Q Fever An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership

A pre-employment medical will be required for this role (Including drug and alcohol testing).

About the benefits

This is a permanent full-time role at LGE level 2-4 with a salary commencing at $61,723 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
