The role

Working as a Team Leader, you will use your clinic expertise and occupational rehab experience to lead, support and develop up to seven Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure the delivery of customer and client KPIs and operational targets. You will also own your client's rehabilitation journey as they return to work and return to life after injury or illness.

In this role, you'll be....

  • Managing a reduced case load to a high standard
  • Providing leadership, support, and direction to your team
  • Driving the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Managing a range of Customer Accounts
  • Managing service delivery standards
  • Providing training, coaching and development to your team

Your focus is on achieving effective outcomes for your clients which can be done through teleconference, employer visits, worksite meeting, client visits or over the phone. Outside of restrictions you will be required to work two days in the Melbourne CBD office.

You will also have access to cars for travel, an incentive scheme, laptop, mobile phone, the opportunity to purchase additional leave and salary sacrificing.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Experience dealing with clients, Insurers, and employers
  • Professional registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC – Physio/OT/Ex. Phy/Psych/Rehab Counsellor
  • Driving license, willing to travel locally
  • A current, or ability to hold a Working with Children Check
