This position will support both business Directors as well as the office to prospect within Brisbane's inner south-east and run open homes.

This position will be best aligned for a hungry, customer centric salesperson who may have worked in telecommunication sales, door-to-door sales or other similar roles.

Although a heavy focus will be on prospecting, setting appointments & open homes / private inspections, you will gain exposure to all facets of the sales process.

Think of this role as an apprenticeship in Real Estate, where you are backed by agents who want to provide mentorship and who have an unmatched energy and presence in the industry.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Database management
• Prospecting via door knocking, letter box dropping, warm/cold calls
• Coordinating client meetings and bookings
• Additional responsibilities as required within the office

Requirements:

What we are looking for in a Sales Associate:

• 1-2 years experience in a sales based position or a heavily customer centric role with a lot of time spent on the phone
• You will be coachable, trustworthy and have the determination to succeed
• Be a team player and willing to go the extra mile
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence and Real Estate Sales Registration (or be in the process of obtaining your registration)
• Be a strong communicator and confident
