- Proficient with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel (Pivot tables), Word).
- High attention to details, accuracy and thoroughness.

- Working with internal and external stakeholders, including our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Process customer purchase orders and manage all matter related to them from beginning to end.
- Liaise with internal departments or teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Proactively inform customers on shipment status and exceptions.
- Review and update the sales pipeline in SalesForce.
- Handle customer inquiries about their orders, stock availability, and other matter.
- Facilitate internal communication and collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain meticulous filing system for all documentation.
- Ensure data in internal systems is up to date.
- Tackle adhoc matters and provide support for various administrative tasks.
- Send weekly order reports to customers.
- Handle clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under mínimal supervision, while escalating complex issues to appropriate staff.
