As a key member of the Brand and Media team, you will have the opportunity to work with different business units including social media, brand and sponsorship and PR / media.

This position will expose you to different aspects of marketing and enhance your experience for future career opportunities.

As a part of the role you will:

  • Support the Brand and Sponsorships Lead in the delivery of all sponsorships and events as required, including International Women's Day and the Mother's Day Classic. This includes ensuring all branded components are developed and delivered on time, and updated more broadly.
  • Manage a calendar of UniSuper's sponsorships, events, speaking opportunities and award submissions and ensure it is updated each month. Use this to inform the Brand and Media team of upcoming activity to leverage across social, earned and owned media channels.
  • Facilitate media and interview opportunities for UniSuper spokespeople with the Media and PR Lead. Assist with briefing materials for these opportunities as required.
  • Manage merchandise requests for UniSuper employees, and ensure that all branded assets are kept up to date.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in managing a social media content calendar. This includes drafting social media posts via the Sprout Social platform, engaging with SMEs for approvals, and posting the content as part of the social media plan. Assist with other team administration and support on budget planning and invoicing.
About you

  • Passion for superannuation and the positive impact it has on members' retirement outcomes
  • Experience in brand and marketing, or comparable role, for at least one to two years required
  • Relevant qualifications in brand and marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience
  • Experience in Microsoft excel and social media platforms Pragmatic and logical in approach and decision making
