The Position

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales PA to enhance their career and play a key role in supporting the ongoing success and future growth of their sales team.

  • Managing the listing process with strong client-side contact (must enjoy speaking to people)
  • Be disciplined with follow-ups and enjoy nurturing client relationships
  • Conducting appraisals in the Rep's absence
  • Working closely with the senior sales administrator to process contracts
  • Building internal relationships with the sales team

The Candidate

  • Previous experience in a Sales PA role in Real Estate is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Take pride in offering exceptional Customer Service
  • The ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail & time management
  • Possess a strong work ethic & strive for excellence
