Factory Supervisor and Labourer:

is assisting a well-established, highly reputable family run company in the building industry find a Factory Supervisor and a Labourer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an international worker.

The position of
Factory Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the day to day activities of the manufacturing plant and factory are carried out efficiently, in a safe and productive manner

Tasks include:
- processing of materials and stock for outgoing orders
- monitoring stock levels
- management of incoming goods
- maintenance of plant and equipment.

The position of
Labourer generally works in pairs and is responsible for the following activities:

  • General labouring duties
  • Mixing of cement / plaster based materials
  • Using hand tools and power tools
  • Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards, ensuring the site is neat and tidy
  • Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications
  • Some heavy lifting may be required
  • Assisting tradies
Both positions are permanent full time with possibility of sponsorship.

The package offered will depend on skills and experience, and might include travel reimbursement and accommodation where needed.
