Our government client is seeking to engage a Call handler on a contract for 3 months.

Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • As the Call Handler you will staff and maintain the call centre service during normal business (8:30 5) hours and provide a key role to support the wider team to deliver its objectives and work collaboratively across the team and under guidance.
  • Investigation Resolve escalated first level complaints, concerns from the general public
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, to gather evidence and information necessary for decisionmaking to finalise the complaint.
  • Assess and prioritise all complaints in accordance with the urgency and/or seriousness of the issues raised.
  • Administrative Receive first level complaints or concerns from the general public.
  • Administrative tasks of the team, including but not limited to, records management, directing incoming enquiries.
  • Maintain records in accordance with the Territory Records 2002
