Supervisor/Manager - Impressive Top 20 CA Firm

This top-tier CA firm is actively seeking to enhance its already exceptional team with an individual who is approachable, personable, and adept at building connections. This role will offer a mix of both hand's on and review work. The ideal candidate will be client facing, have a can-do attitude, and a team-oriented approach.

In this role as a Business Services Manager you will be expected to:

  • Be responsible for and manage your own portfolio of clients
  • Work closely with clients providing written and verbal advice
  • Assist staff with complicated tax and business advisory issues
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Reviewing the work of junior accountants and providing mentorship and training

To be successful for this role you will:

  • Have 5 + years experience in public practice accounting, specifically in business services/taxation.
  • CA or CPA Qualified
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess strong multitasking skills to manage individual and team workflow efficiently
