The Role:
This is a position is for a Mid or Senior Level Tech Recruiter with 360 recruitment experience. We're happy to consider all specialities if you have a proven track record in that area as long as it's in the IT space. If you're mid-level and are looking to expand your knowledge, it could be a good place for you as we average about ten years of experience per consultant. However, that average is propped up by old man CEO Danny Normington with a whopping 30 years of experience You can check out the team here:

We're based in the heart of Surry Hills and are currently in a shared space as we only work two days a week in the office. We have a reasonably flat structure, and if you're an experienced consultant, we tend to leave you to it unless you ask for assistance, no micro-management here If you're mid-level, we tend to nurture your strengths and provide any necessary support to get you where you want to be. The culture is very much focused on allowing you to excel at what you do, try new ideas, hit your personal and professional goals, and celebrate success.

We have monthly company targets for travel incentives with all the bells and whistles, we very much want to travel and experience new places and cultures to expand our horizons, and as a successful team, we can achieve these incentives regularly. We constantly listen to feedback so that we can improve on what we can do for you, if you have any personal aspirations whether it be learning, progression or financial, we would like to hear about it.

- Web Development & Software Engineering
- Business Development expert
