Are you an experienced composites technician tired of the daily dust up of low-tech composite construction. Are you interested in working with pre-preg materials and closed mould composite construction techniques?

We are seeking a Composites Technician to develop products that exceed client expectations. You will join our team in our Newcastle (AUS) facility.

As a Composites Technician you will play a key role in delivering composite components imagined by our clients, then designed and engineered by our team, which includes you

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of materials, products and equipment for manufacture and assembly.
• Undertake manufacturing and assembly of composite/metallic products.
• Record data from manufacturing and assembly.
• Contribute to projects so they meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Maintain our stock of composite materials.

Requirements:

• Proven recent experience in a composites production/assembly environment.
• Technical expertise in composites manufacturing processes.
• Capable of interpreting construction drawings.
• Experience with AutoCad is an advantage.
• Physically capable and meticulous in your attention to detail.
• Must have rights to work in Australia.
