About the Role
A few of your key accountabilities in the role will include:

  • Ensuring system business parameter changes comply with defined change management processes.
  • Completing required systems changes and all associated change documentation.
  • Assisting with the identification, analysis and development of standard and repeatable service catalogue items for business parameter as well as other business changes, including the development of associated documentation.
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

About you
You are an enthusiastic individual interested in business and/or systems. You will have some prior experience working as a Technical Analyst. Although not mandatory, prior experience in DocuSign and/or other digital acceptance systems will be highly desirable
