Maroondah City Council is currently looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills suited to teach Reformer Pilates classes.


We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates instructors that display a positive attitude and have an approachable personality with:

  • A passion for the health and fitness industry
  • A commitment to achieving group fitness targets, KPIs and goals.
  • A strong commitment to exemplary customer service and member retention
  • Certificate III in Fitness or group fitness instructor experience, with specialisation/s and experience in teaching Reformer Pilates programs
  • Current Physical Activity Australia or AUSactive Registration and current Senior/Level 2 First Aid, and CPR, Working with Children.
  • Ability to meet the inherent physical requirements of the position.
