As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing and creating a fun, unique customer experience with every brick enthusiast in store.

You will be self-motivated and driven by the success in a retail environment.

You will also understand and be inspired by the importance of engagement and the role that PLAY has within a child's development.


_ Your Purpose:
_

  • Provide excellent customer service and offer support with product selection, special offers and product enquiries.
  • Provide operational support to the store management team by assisting with store opening and closing routines.
  • Work closely with the store management team to fulfill online orders and execute instore activations.
  • Support efficient inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product range and share your passion for LEGO with the team & customers

_ To be successful for this role:_

  • 1 year retail sales experience with a customer centric approach
  • A genuine love and understanding of our brand
  • Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment
  • Track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
