We're looking for an experienced barista/all rounder to join the team at Mr Craftsman in Keysborough

Monday - Friday

Shift times will vary around 7am-2:30pm

Specifically this role will involve:

  • Being the inhouse coffee expert and understanding coffee extraction
  • Working on a La Marzocco Linea PB 3 group head
  • Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to POS service, running food out, cleaning tables etc
  • Experience working as a barista in a busy environment
  • Getting to know our customers and their regular coffee/food orders
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a clean, tidy and well prepared service area
  • Must be comfortable working on the coffee machine solo
  • Must be able to multitask and be a team player, providing support where required
  • You will also complete pack down including cleaning for end of day closure
You must have a strong coffee knowledge. You'll be working as part of a fun and supportive team.
