As the Change and Process Analyst for our Planning and Development unit, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational performance, streamlining processes, and driving positive change.

Your expertise in managing people, systems, and data will be instrumental in delivering outcomes and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement across the unit.


  • Analysis and documentation of business processes and procedures to standardise practice, and identify process and automation improvements.
  • Provide practical, best practice advice and support to a range of internal stakeholders to deliver continuous business improvement.
  • Undertake data analysis to identify and quantify opportunities for improvement across the unit and make data driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Deliver and facilitate process improvements across the unit to streamline and continuously improve services and operations
  • Coach, mentor and train internal teams in the effective use of data, continuous improvement approaches and lead the development of a business improvement culture in operational management and service delivery.

  • Implementing change to work practices in diverse and established teams.
  • Understanding, supporting and managing the needs of a wide range of stakeholders and being able to engage and communicate at various levels across the organisation.
  • Driving and managing improvement and change within the unit given the volume of work and focus on operational delivery.
