Your part in our Blue Care team


As a Personal Carer you'll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.


  • Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting oneonone with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
  • In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
  • Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
  • Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

What makes a difference for us?

  • Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
  • Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required (Applicable only for Personal
