We are looking for an experienced talent professional to help us attract amazing people who will help to deliver positive outcomes for our community.

We want to bring out the best in people, so it's your self-motivation, solution focused thinking and excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will help you to build relationships and manage the recruitment process as well as develop contemporary talent strategies and initiatives.


  • Substantial experience in either an agency or inhouse recruitment role
  • Exposure to recruitment platforms such as Taleo, Ezijob etc.
  • Have excellent writing skills for the preparation of advertisements and position descriptions with a high attention to detail
  • High level interpersonal and oral communication skills to build strong relationships ensuring stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Excellent time management, organisational and problem solving skills
  • High level customer focused approach delivery exceptional outcomes
  • Experience working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within recruitment campaigns in a highvolume environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and diplomacy at all times
  • Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
