The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Lead, the Payroll Analyst role sits within the wider Payroll & People Solutions team.

As Payroll Analyst, your responsibilities are wide and varied.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a payroll inbox, answering medium to complex queries, participating in payroll sign off, performing reporting and reconciliation work on a regular basis and supporting payroll process improvement and project work.


You will also partner and collaborate with our third-party payroll provider (Ceridian) to ensure that we are operating accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.


About You
An experienced Payroll/HR Analyst, you have 1 to 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

You have a keen and genuine interest in payroll as a strategic extension to Human Resources and possess the willingness to be developed further in this area.


Your solid organisational skills and confidence managing payroll termination calculations will enable you to work and thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.


Your operational knowledge in the area of payroll calculations will enable you to act as a strategic partner to our third-party payroll provider, to enhance the partnership and value we derive from them.


Lastly, you are compliance driven and have strong attention to detail ensuring that we meet and fulfil our compliance and regulatory obligations.
