Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding healthcare organization with offices across Australia. The company is in need of a Head of Human Resources to enhance their HR operations, including systems, processes, and procedures.

As the Head of Human Resources, you will report to the Director and collaborate closely to meet daily HR needs and drive strategic projects. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining integrity, ethics, and a customer-centric approach are essential. Initially, this role will be hands-on to grasp the business dynamics before scaling up the function.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support and services to achieve strategic goals
  • Assist in performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, and daily HR tasks
  • Handle employee and industrial relations, policy interpretation, investigations, and complaints
  • Knowledge of EBA, Awards, and Acts
  • Develop retention and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate on various strategic projects
