  • Support general sales activities in the PODs (service lower segment advisers) so focus is on the bigger opportunities
  • Preparing sales presentations
  • Coordinating platformbased queries or escalation (as PI and Super AUM grows with portal) with adviser services
  • Chasing information to answer adviser queries
  • Escalating queries with Adviser services

Sales Development

Sales lead support

  • Scripted prospecting from regional contact lists provided by the RM or sales executives
  • Practice background research/ fact finding
  • Assisting with meeting preparation and sale pitches, agendas, practice summary and key areas of interest
  • Book appointments (post event or campaign leads, general enquiries) and rebook cancelled meetings

Regional Campaign Co-ordination

  • Liaise with Marketing for content & compliance approvals
  • Manage targeted adviser lists for calls and contact
  • Monitoring marketing leads response activity

Regional event management (end to end) to support the delivery of workshops, seminars and round tables.

  • Administration logistics, client lists, adviser invitations/ event registration management (Events Air system)
  • Event Presentation (preparation or updating) support
  • Product based content and flyers, merchandise for event
  • Follow up appointments post event to book meetings in SE's diaries
  • CPD certificates
