Associate Agent

• $70,000 + commissions

• Saturday with two days off per week, Upper North Shore focus
• Manage buyers, get properties ready to go to market, attend appraisals

A fast growing real estate brand based the North Shore is looking to expand their sales team and partner an experienced Associate Agent with a high performing sales agent to work as a sales duo.

This agent has had some fantastic success since joining the real estate industry thanks to incredible internal training and mentoring programs, marketing and administration support along with the backing of a Principal that is helping him succeed.

This role will see you work under a high performing sales agent to co-manage the sales process from prospecting through to settlement.

You will be given a tailored training to set you up for success with the opportunity to progress and grow with the company to take on more responsibility and increase your earning potential.

• Calling through the database to advise of recent sales
• Provide market updates to prospective clients
• Prepare for open homes and auctions
• Attend open homes and private inspections
• Coordinate presettlement inspections
• Prepare for and attend appraisals
• Nurture buyer relationships nad negotiate sales
• Prepare properties to go to market
• Assist with open home call backs
• A current Certificate of Registration
• 12 + months experience in real estate
• Strong relationship management skills
• A reliable car and valid drivers licence
• Flexibility to work every Saturday
• Immaculate presentation
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work as a part of a team
• Prior experience in a customer facing role
